AFTER SALES SERVICE

Wonder guarantees to its customers an adequate after-service on all supplied products, both covered by warranty or not. Aftersales service means fixing of the defective goods, i.e restoration of their original, except for parts which are subject to wear and tear, but still working.

Management of after-sales service will follow these steps:

1. GOODS UNDER WARRANTY

  • Analysis of the product with check of non-compliance
  • Replacement of defective parts by using spare parts available on the price list
  • Testing
  • Charging of the spare part cost, should the defect not to be caused by WONDER

2. GOODS NOT UNDER WARRANTY
